Below are a few of my families favourite recipes. I try to cook home made meals with nutrient dense foods, as often as possible, but being flavourful and delicious are also important. I truly believe that food is like medicine and that it offers our bodies the nutrients it needs in order to thrive and fight off illnesses such as cancer. So, I strive to fuel our bodies with foods that will allow us to function at our best.
